My complaint:
Sir myself Manish Kumar and my account on bet365 is manish223344.
Sir I withdrawal the funds of 4738 INS on 5th December 2020 but due to mistakes in account number I wrote my mother account number.
When I raised this matter with customer support chat on bet365 they told me that your withdrawal become failed due to this because funds withdrawal on same account holder.
Then I also went bank of my mother, they told me that I didn’t get any funds of 4738.
Then I daily approach bet365 with this regard that where is funds ? , Can you please trace my funds? then they told me to wait and wait and they also told me for this we haven’t any timescale.
even now I didn’t get any update of my funds. Today is 10th January and I withdrawal on 5th December means more than 1 month.
I also loose the hope regarding this please do something and this is my humble request to you.
