My complaint:

I ordered $320 worth of what looked like beautiful apparel, only to wait for months before receiving half of the items I ordered, all of which were poor quality and not at all as described or pictured on Berrylook’s website. I’ve tried numerous times to email their ‘customer service’ to return the items and inquire about the other items i didn’t receive, but all to no avail. I never received a response from their so-called customer service department. Has anyone else gone through this and if so, was there any resolution? They are scoundrels in my opinion and should be punished as such.

Suggested solution:

Return my customer service inquiries and tell me how I can return the items i received for a full refund. In addition they should refund me for the items I never received. In addition they should stop scamming online customers by misrepresenting the items for sale, which they don’t ship anyway.
