I recently moved to Kingston,ON from Scarborough, ON. I did call Victor, the field sales technician for our apartment at Unit-206, 52 Bayswater pl, Kingston, ON where we had a conversation on Bell internet for my unit to be installed as of 29-Dec-22. The order for the equipment was made on 19-Dec-2022. So it was assured to have internet services as of the end of December. But the canada post delayed the equipment and since me and my roomies work from home, we cannot have no internet services. My friends including I are on an emotional and stress toll due to BELL CANADA people making our lives at cost of loosing our jobs and where i fairly ask to be compensated for the loss. End of the day , we loose our jobs tried contacting customer service and other departments to get things sorted out and they say there is no notes what so ever able to find with regards to same but the suffering and unable to work from Jan 2 to till date and causing our firms to throw us out for not having wifi is genuinely frustrating and in tolerant. Unable to receive the modem makes our life miserable as we have no pay for the past days. So I need to be immediately heard

Initial delivery Dec 30,2022 then moved to Jan 2,2022 from there to Jan 4,2022 and now status unknown

So we are out of job for a week now and are loosing our jobs just for not having internet. I can’t stress enough on being on the road for no fault of us causing this emotional and mental breakdown. As a human not being able to work for a week and the paycheque who will pay for the bills ? . This needs to be heard and fairly compensated for

Hope you understand the seriousness of the issue or else I don’t have anything else other than committing the worse of ending a life

Suggested solution:

Fairly compensate for the loss of pay and service costs occurred, also for the emotional stress we are going through
