My complaint:
1000s of dollars in charges that were not valid, charged for devices and upgrades i didnt get.. was charged for repairs just to have my claim cancelled and phone not returned. charged 100% hst on my monthly bill had services suspended waiting 2 months for someone to review my outrageous 1700 bill for one month..
Suggested solution:
honor thier obligations return my devices and services, cut out the ridiculas filler charges and get my bill straitened out and treat me properly
