My complaint:
Patient: Jerry J. Moore Patient 6136129
My brother was a patient in May. His wallet, belt and misc. was left behind when he returned to the Focus nursing facility in Huntsville. I have spoken to Earl and Natalie at the Belair facility – multi times.
I am now told (2 weeks ago) that they are having a postage issue!!!! I have requested an amount that I could send for the postage. to date: no response.
Suggested solution:
Return the personal property!
