Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire complaint: Fraudulent Facility

My complaint:

If I could put 0 stars I would. First thing is they put me in there to get my insurance $, THATS IT! It was a very tramatic time for me. They falsified my intake paperwork for a reason to get me in. If you are a lawyer and you think you can help me please contact me. I have a police report that tells a complete different story then what the hospital nurses notes say what the intake paperwork says. Its ridiculous something so minor can turn into something huge when stories get passed around in hospital settings.
To save themself they said I volunteered to go to the Behavioral Hospital of Bellaire BUT I didn’t! They threatened me to sign the paperwork by saying if I don’t go they will get cops to come get me at my home. Why? Bc i just had surgery and wanted to sleep. This is what this all revolves around. When I realized I couldn’t get out by telling them i was wrongly put in there, the therapist and psychiatrist would get mad and make your stay there horrible, and keep you there longer. The Psyciatrist made up a lie to get a reaction from me so she could scratch down in her paperwork how I was not cooperating. THIS DOCTOR LIED STRAIGHT TO MY FACE! I was in shock! Sabotage! Once I realized her game, I decided to play along, do what they wanted me to do, act like I was suicidal and needed their help just so I could get out. My dad got power of attorney so he could get the police report while I was in there, which is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM THEIR INTAKE PAPERWORK. I’m looking for a lawyer that could help me press charges against this facility and the psychiatrist I was assigned to in there. It seems they could write down anything and get away with it.

Please contact me if you can help me. I have witnesses of doctors making me sign paperwork with threats and can prove how I tried to sleep thru the pain of just having surgery to being forced to stay awake and questioned and thrown into this facility with blatant lies each nurse exaggerated from one to another to something so ludicrous if it were true the police would not have taken me to a hospital they would have taken me to jail. There are serious accusations on the intake paperwork that I want off my record.
This place is a scam. I seriously think this place is a secret government experiment. Mixing mentally healthy people with those with severe mental illnesses and having a loud alarm go off in the middle of the night, pitch black, with a bright flash that goes off. I mean is that really necessary?! Felt like I was really a part of a psychological experiment!
If you are trying to get a loved one help, I’d try an independent doctor not a facility that works for the government.
Oh, and the group sessions they have are what they should be giving children in elementary school.

Suggested solution:

Press charges sue the facility and the Psychiatrist. She told me I could go back to work to just give her the date I wanted to return but when I said I wasnt going to continue to use her as my personal psychiatrist she told the therapist there to not write my letter to return back to work. She lied on paperwork, she was vindictive, and her patient\\\'s were only a paycheck. I documented everything, called my dad anytime something happened, and to top it off the hospital lied on my intake paperwork and I was questioned over and over about my mental health bc of that lie. I want this to go to court.
