BC Transit complaint: Service chofer

My complaint:

Bus 9399 bus route 21 aprox time 8:20 from downtown. The chofer was very vey unkind with people, the worst experience in a bus in Victoria.

Suggested solution:

Maybe ask him why is unkind or he isn't happy.
