My complaint:
Hello,
I catch the 84 every day at the Marine Drive 4th stop at 6:20am to go to UBC campus. I arrived here at 6:15 am today and waited for the 84, but when it came at 6:20, the driver didn’t pull over and just continued to drive along the road. The bus was mostly empty, so I have no idea why it kept driving. I even waved with my compass card in hand and the driver didn’t slow down or even notice. I now have to wait another 20 minutes in the rain and will be late arriving to campus (provided the next bus actually pulls over).
Suggested solution:
There’s really no way to fix my exact situation, but drivers should definitely pull over when people are waiting at a stop!
