My complaint:
The bus 54 to metchosin departed from Langford Exchange at 17.23 even though accordingly to the transit app it was scheduled to depart 17.25. We ran towards the bus and were 5meter away. The bus driver saw us and still went off.
Suggested solution:
Please let the driver know to not leave before the scheduled departure
