My complaint:

The Merchant RAPID TRIM DETOX. included me on a Free trial on Dec.26, 2019 and after the Trial they subscribed me in a recurring product subscription using my free trial authorization, which accordingly to a newsletter from Mastercard, https:newsroom.mastercard.com20190116free-trials-without-the-hasslecomment-573909 it will not be allowed by Mastercard.
I dispute and disagree and dispute and disagree 3 times which means 6 months already because you have to wait 45 days for the bank’s response. The Merchant never sent a mail or text, or receipt saying that there were going to include me on a monthly subscription. The bank just didn’t care an accept the charges against me.

Suggested solution:

They should ask the Merchant for a proof with date of the email actually be sent, since they have my email but they never sent me a request. And refund the money that was charged for the false and unauthorized subscription.
