My complaint:
On many occasions the ATMs are out of money and the bank is closed.
Also, most days they have 1 teller working inside the bank and there is at least 20 people in line. As i don’t appreciate bank employees going up to everyone in line and asking what transaction we will be making. This is a privacy issue and also a security issue.
Suggested solution:
hire more staff and make sure ATM's are fully stocked daily. we should have access to our money at all times.
