My complaint:
I have ordered a backpack on site bagcollection.xyz. l made a payment after they sent me a text MSG of order no. And say when your order will get ready we will msg u. But NO tracking and No contact no. Only email.
I email also but no response from there site.
Suggested solution:
I want my refund back if they are not deliver my product which I paid. Thank you
