My complaint:
I unsubscribed in 2020 maybe even a little earlier and they have continued to charge me 19.99. I’ve made attempts in the past to file complaints and reach them. I have not had a badoo subscription in my Google play account for years yet I see the charge from time to time only because I forget about it because it’s only 19.99. But it needs to stop I’m sure they have accumulated thousands of dollars perhaps because I wouldn’t notice 19.99 being deducted.
Suggested solution:
Refunding me every month I've been charged SINCE I unsubscribed.
