My complaint:
Last year I had a free code. I wagered and took out the $100 allowed. Then to be told I needed to go through the process of being verified again. After many failed attempts I gave up. This year I decide to try to get verified again. (Even though I had previously been verified.) It is only $100 but no matter what the amount is this shouldn’t happen. I made a withdrawal March 14 for Bitcoin and still have not been paid. Many Live Chats have happened being told it will only be a couple of days or that it is escalated. Ridiculous.
