My complaint:
I had been waiting on my withdrawal payment of $5870 for over 2 months as it came up in my transactions as manager approved withdrawal and after numerous times of going on to the online chat to see why it was taking so long and them saying its been paid and should show up in my account anytime soon, to all of a sudden the casino shutting down and them finally responding to one of my emails saying that it wasn’t approved and that I won’t be getting it ! Scam tactics to get you to deposit just for them not to payout.
Suggested solution:
Pay me the money they said they had already paid!
