My complaint:

The representative promised and guaranteed the delivery on my Father’s 80th Birthday only to call me the day of and say that they could not find a florist that could deliver so it would be the next day.Mind you, none of his children, grandchildren or great grand children live in state so this was to be a delivered on his very special day. I have been on hold for over an hour with no resolve. Just so sorry it will be delivered tomorrow.

I even spoke to a supervisor and I got the same thing.

Very disappointed in the woman who promised me.

Misrepresentation by an employee is unaccpetable.

I am very disappointed. I am canceling and will go with another company even if it is delivered a day late.

Suggested solution:

I want the employee who took my order, and knew how important it was, to understand how much she let me, the customer down. She should have never made the promise to deliver. She should have immediately reached out to a florist once the order was placed to . If she could not reach a florist or they said no, she should have contacted me yesterday and not the day of the delivery. The employee needs to understand that her promise and lack of follow through is not ok. It hurts people and the company as I will never use Avas again.

I am very disappointed.
