My complaint:
People going through from Euston to Manchester not checking tickets, no one on the train checked ticket’s on route and people were in the aisles with suitcases blocking access. I find this really dreadful and not what I am used too and will report this to the media

Contact me, complained on route and at the station but no one was bothered
