My complaint:
At 50,000 miles my 2018 Audi Q5 engine blew. Needs a new engine and the dealership said there 50,000 replacement engines ahead of me and they don’t have a replacement date. Red flag to me!! As I research I found that there was class action lawsuit for the same engine for 2012-2017. As I stated, mine is a 2018. Obviously there is a problem with this engine as after 2018 they no longer make this engine. The dealership said they are doing me a favor by covering 60% of the cost. I feel there should be no cost to me! Meanwhile I have leased a different car brand and intend on selling my Audi as soon as it repaired.
All maintenance and repairs have been completed through the dealership since the day I bought it!
Suggested solution:
They should replace the engine at no cost to me and admit it was an Audi issue!
