My complaint:

Had the Audi q4 etron since September 22 after a lengthy delivery wait.
The range has decreased ever since I got it. The highest ever range I have achieved is 140 miles on a Full charge.
Since then it has decreased to 96% charge 97 miles.
I have taken this to Audi who say this is normal. I have spoke to the finance company who say it’s not their problem and I have spoke to the lease broker who said it was nothing to do with them.
Audi told me to call Audi assist, who said there were 7 faults on the better. Audi technician said there were non.
Audi told me there was a recall in the car because of the battery. Audi technician says not!
Audi have had my car for 4 days? Promised a hire car but failed me there and are returning the car to me in the same state I left it.
Basically, I have a car that is causing me anxiety and depression and distress.
I get in it and have no idea how far I can get.
I cannot visit my dad in Cumbria (120 miles) because I can’t get there – there is no where to charge so I definitely cannot get home again and according to Audi – the range is more perilous if it’s cold wet hot dark etc because all of these British elements use power to contradict the problem and drain the battery further. I had to hire a car at Xmas to visit family in London. Audi was going to take me 3 days to get there.
THIS CAR IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and someone needs to take ownership for this mammoth lie that is EV. I purchased the car in good faith as per the advised 240 mile range.
I need a car that enables me to live my life not on a knife edge wondering whether I can make a journey.
Someone also needs to take accountability for people and how their actions make a person feel.
I can’t take this for the next 3.5 years

Suggested solution:

Let me cancel my lease agreement and refund 3 month deposit initial payment and podpoint installation charges
