My complaint:
I called the customer care service centre on 17/05/2023 to claim warranty. They said to resolve the problem in 24-48hours. But, no response. Till today there is no resolution. When I called the customer care service they are saying that they escalating the problem but there is no resolution. Days are passing but no solution.
Worst Atomberg.
Don’t buy. Ban it.
Suggested solution:
Replace or repair my fans. And I need appolizes from Atomberg for their irresponsible service.
