My complaint:
I had lodge a complaint on Tuesday 13th of September. On 16th two people came and inspected the Renesa Fan and said that its magnet has got dislocated and it has to be replaced. 17th was holiday due to puja. They said by Wednesday definately it will be done. There was no response till Wednesday evening. I contact the sevice centre and i was told that by next day it will be done. Next day I again contact them and again I was assured that within 24 hours repairing work will be done. Toady is Thursday and there is no response.
Suggested solution:
Fan should be made working as soon as possible or it should be REPLACED.
