My complaint:
I was number 32 sitting in a wheelchair waiting to be cleared to leave the airport.
Not enough Agents working.
Suggested solution:
Please, we need more Agents working when flights come into Hartsfield-Jackson.
Today, Wednesday, January 22, 2020 my Delta flight landed at Hartsfield, 7:43 p.m.
I was number 32 of over 40 people in wheelchairs, wondering, and waited to be cleared to leave the airport.
We all were tired, frustrated, couldn\'t believe this was happening in such a busy, we\'ll known airport.
It was a sad return. Hope this will be addressed, and not allowed to happen again. Confined in a wheelchair is more than enough agony.
