My complaint:
My laptop was getting heated without use arou 70 to 80 degree Celsius so I called asus on 5 Jan to get on site service.
service guy came and said it was thermal paste issue and changed the thermal paste of my laptop but my laptop had liquid thermal paste or Silver thermal paste but he changed it with the grey one and tested but the issue got increased so he said that it needs a motherboard replacement i bought this laptop on 29th September 2021 it’s only been three months and they said to replace motherboard which i agreed and told them to do it so after that the service guy came afte 15 day’s and this one was another and said it’s not motherboard fault but the thermal paste and he also changed he thermal paste but still not improvement after 4 days another service person came and tried to do it with again new thermal paste but still failed and eventually my issue has increased 3 time’s than it was before
Suggested solution:
They have tried all the methods so I think they should give me product replacement
