My complaint:
I ordered a delivery from Asda (Cherrytree Rd, Blackpool) on 20th June between 8 and 9pm. The delivery didn’t arrive, so I called customer services to be told there was a mix up and it would arrive at 10.40 pm the same night. Didn’t arrive. I called customer services the next day to be told of it was not delivered on 21st I would receive a refund. Needless to say 12 days and 7 calls later I still have not received my refund of £86.36.
Suggested solution:
A refund please
