My complaint:
I bought 2 packets of timtam banoffee flavour to give to friends for Christmas. I had not bought myself before but was given 2 packets in a hamper. They are awful. Far too sweet and the middle bit is not running as shown in the photo. I have always enjoyed your biscuits especially the dark choc timtams but this lot you cannot eat.
Suggested solution:
Take them off the shelf or use less sugar. They are vulgar.
