My complaint:
A few weeks ago (April 2021) I purchased a box of Arnott’s Cheese Bacon Shapes from Woolworths The Avenues Townsville. Upon opening my son commented that they were much darker than the usual colour. When he tasted them he complained they had a bitter burnt flavour and would not eat anymore (his favourite type and flavour of biscuit). I purchased another box of Shapes today, 9th May 2021, and discovered the were exactly the same. I paid full price for the biscuits today, so extra disappointing.
Suggested solution:
The main reason for complaint is for quality control, as this is a regular purchase for our household, but if this level of bakecolour is the new standard, complaint is to advise we will no longer be able to purchase product.
Refundreplacement is also appreciated as biscuits are inedible.
I will honestly pay double for a box of more burnt shapes, I literally sort through and eat the shapes from most to least burnt.
