My complaint:
Since about 3 months, we find your scotch finger biscuits are not snapping into 2 pcs nicely, it always break up the other way, ending up as 4 pcs. My grandson loves your biscuit and can always break it up into two pcs himself. He is 2 and half now. Now, even me cannot snap it into 2 nicely, upsetting my grandson greatly. Did you change yr preparation methods, ingredients?
Suggested solution:
Pls revert to the old, breakable Scotch fingers, my grandson will be so happy.
