Arnotts Biscuits complaint: Bug in chicken crispy box

My complaint:

I just opened a packet of chicken crispy shapes and poured some into a bowl and then found a dead bug in with my shapes

Suggested solution:

I’m not sure but I would expect for them to take this situation seriously
