My complaint:

1. Returning a clickcollect order.
2. Website states various options for proof of purchase to enable return of goods.
3. Had details of 2 of these said options.
4. Would not accept goods for refund.

DO NOT HAVE INCORRECT INFORMATION POSTED ON WEBSITE.
