My complaint:
I ordered a washing mashine to pay over 36 months, I then received a Argod card, I tried all day yesterday to use my card online and have a garden strimmer delivered to my home address (and had a code for 33%off) this has now expired, yesterday I was told it was a technical issue and was being resolved, today it is still not working after waiting 10 mins going through this option and that option, I finally got to speak to someone who hung up on me
Suggested solution:
how do I cancel this card and get my washing machine on 36 month payment as will not be using argos again
