My complaint:

New to Long Beach – went to the nearest one – most pumps did not work – moved my car to a new row – first one did not take the card it was jammed the next pump when I backed up took the card – I agreed to $.35 and then hit the grade of gas took the nozzle put it in my vehicle and did not pump – wow – all this while a homeless man accosted me for money. I go inside to see if my card would be charged for your fee – and the rudest and I mean with the most snarky manner – could have cared less. She did not now the answer obviously, wanted the pump number which I did not know but the car was within her sight and shouldn’t they know the layout and number of the pumps – she then SAYS TO ME WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DON’T KNOW THE PUMP NUMBER – i SAID DON’T SPEAK TO ME IN THAT MANNER – YOU SEE THE CAR AND IF YOU KNEW YOUR JOB YOU WOULD KNOW WHIH PUMP HAS WHAT NUMBER AND WALKED OUT AND AGAIN THE HOMELESS MAN BEGGED FOR MONEY. WHAT A DUMP

FIX THE PUMPS - TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO KNOW SIMPLE QUESTIONS WITHOUT BEING RUDE AND FOR GOD SAKE HAVE THE PLACE FREE OF BEGGING
