My complaint:
I was pump 9 at arco on Willow pass road in bay point around 7:12 pm . I set in the gas tank opening and locked the pump so it fills the gas on its own. However, I noticed after the while the gas did automatically stop and started overflowing. I don’t understand why it overflowed but I spoke to the gas station attendant about the incident and he offered no advice on what to do.
Suggested solution:
Fix the sensor attached to pump to automatically stop when pump is full. Also be responsible for cleaning cost of car related to the faulty pump leaking onto brand new car
