My complaint:
I come and fill both my cars up once a week I live around the corner from this store spend lots of money here faithful customers.. this morning @5:50 am I came in to purchase some water and I really had to use the restroom I go to the back or the restroom is it says for customers only door is locked no sign on the door ask the cashier which her name is Stephanie she tells me it’s closed I said okay can I have the key she said no it’s closed I said there’s not a sign she said I don’t know what to tell you I then ask if the stores corporate or franchise and she told me look it up she doesn’t have to tell me that information in the midst of trying to get anything out of this lady I can’t move I have medical issues that prevent me from holding my urine I was humiliated for no reason just because she didn’t want to open the door or give me the key it did not have a sign saying out of order she did not give me a reason why I couldn’t use the restroom and she had no remorse that I urinated on myself in the store.. she was very rude very ugly I honestly think you need a revaluate who you guys hire you just lost a loyal customer that brings the store decent money I will be contacting a lawyer I’m humiliated embarrassed
