My complaint:
Hello, I tried using a 25 dollar gift card at the pump this morning and I never pay at the pump but since I had a gift card I decided to try it. There were two slots at the pump and I was confused about which one to put it in. Well I put it in the wrong one and it wouldn’t come out. I told the attendant inside but she couldn’t really understand my situation she didn’t understand much English. Can you please help me? Pump 8
