My complaint:
On the day of Tuesday September 12, 2023, I was pumping my gas at ARCO in yucaipa. I was pumping my gas and the auto shut off did not shut off the nozzle and cause my fuel tank to overfill. After this my car started to run badly and will need to take it it to get repaired.
I was also charged for the full amount of gas sprayed out of my tank by the clerk. Clerk claimed it was not their fault though the equipment being used was not operating correctly.
Suggested solution:
Reimbursement and pay for damages.
