My complaint:
I was shopping for some items at arco am pm on Las Vegas Blvd behind the Luxor . I’m staying at the casino so needed some things that you can’t get at the casino. So as I’m shopping was going going check out with some microwaveable goods wanted to warm at the gas station. Come to find out when I’m ready to do so she said microwave doesn’t work . So now i have to change everything I attended on buying . I was in the store for an extra 20 mins trying to get everything i needed so wouldn’t have to come back again. Can’t believe what came out of her next. Lady in her late twenties early 30s with black and purple hair. You look sketchy and I don’t trust you in this store I’m going to ask you to leave RIGHT NOW!!!! After i specifically told her that had a card pay just wanted to get everything at once. Felt so disrespected so belittled for her to come at me in that type of way like I was a problem for no apparent reason didn’t once disrespect the store or steal any items check the cameras please was just shopping being polite that’s it . Matter fact I used my card to purchase all the items after the fact that she kicked me out. Total was 57$, this matter has to be escalated to a higher up manager of the company ARCO because you don’t treat customers in that kind of way because you have your own mental problem issue take it out on paying customers.
Suggested solution:
She needs to be fired. And or suspended indefinitely. Maybe she will think about how to treat customers.
