My complaint:
I prepaid $ 20 at column 18. I went to the column, took the hold up and press the button. It began rolling and to show usage of gas and money BEFORE I HAD PUT it inside my car. I just holding it up. I stopped it at the sum of 12 cents and went inside to complain. The worker (her name was Ivonne) came on place but without any checking put the slang inside and it began rolling. She did not listen to me, but explain that I used those 12 cents and took me $ 15.99. By the way when I stopped the gas and took it away it continued rolling.
Suggested solution:
The complain was not resolved at all and I was very upset.
