My complaint:
On 04222022 i went through the drive thru. I presented coupons for some of the order. When I drove home I found my order all wrong. I had a coupon for 2 classic roast beefs for $5. Got only one. I order an order of buffalo boneless wings (6). Got none. I was given a chicken sandwich with mayo and tomato instead which I don’t eat.I order 2 crinkle cut fries small. Got curly fries which I despise.Got a 4 piece mozzarila sticks with no marinara sauce . substituted ketchup I guess. Coupon for 2 small $1 jamocha shakes with no whipped cream, still got it. This was at 5:31 PM order AAA3CKRYAGGS.I went to their site and reported it twice never to hear from them.
Suggested solution:
At least a partial refund if not full.
