My complaint:
Was on lunch break and arrived at 10:45pm to Arby’s. Walked up to door and it was locked.
There was a female and male sitting in lobby.
I asked if drive thru was open and the male replies, ‘We’re closed .
Online it says closed at 11:00pm, and at the location it says closed at 11:00pm.
Very bad business ethic.
I will not waste my time again with Arby’s and I will suggest to my friends that they do the same.
Suggested solution:
Stop lying to potential customers.
If the sign says a certain time, then honor your word and close when listed.
Drove 10 minutes each way, just to return to work hungry!!!
