My complaint:
On 1-5-2023 my direct supervisor gave me a ride home, during our ride I shared with him how uncomfortable I felt with the open sexual misconduct that was practiced by two lesibian women which feel on each other at work. His response was these young people today is something else these two people is very cool with him so he told them what I said and plotted a lie against me.
On 1-9-2023 at 7:20 am my supervisor called me talking about something I had no knowledge of, so I said I don’t know what you’re talking about (I would like my phone records to be investigated to reflect the entire conversations so it can be evident that this call initiated the plot). Before the end of the shift a co-worker told me Ms.Amber called my supervisor and lied on you.
So on 1-9-2023 I got A co worker neme Ms.Ella and told her: I need for you to b e a witness to the conversation I’m about to have with Ms Amber,so I got Ms.Amber in front of Ms.Ella and said Why do call my supervisor and Tell him that lie, when my supervisor get in we’re going to have a meeting about this lie and this sexual misconduct that You and Ella is openly practicing,she pulled out her phone called Ella ,and 2min later Ms.Ella show up,walk me inside .
My supervisor show and call me to his office, once I got there He and Ms.Amber was there, he said I’m sending you home and took my badge. NO ONE FROM AMARK CONTACTED ME. I got a call from one my co worker’s telling me She heard I was fired for being insubordinate. So on 1-17-2023 I sent my supervisor a email ( please see enclosed email), after that I filed Unemployment, TWC told me we’re going to have to pay you because your job ain’t telling us why they fired you,(please see enclosed letter from TWC.) I sent A copy of the email that I sent to my supervisor to his boss he lost his job behind this please investigate this. Please check why he was fired.
Suggested solution:
Investigate the retaliation my supervisor fired me so he wouldn\'t have to correct the behavior of A Dr.pepper manager (Ms.Ella) and A lead for Aramark who belong to the LGBt community.
I would like my phone conversation with my supervisor on 1-7-2023 to be apart of that investigation also Ms.Amber Bonner phone record on 1-7-2023 -2-11-2023,so the entire truth can heard,please read my email to my supervisor.
