My complaint:
Driver of truck 33060S on 2/14 @ 8:37 am was driving in the 1 lane west bound @60 miles per hour holding up traffic. Vehicles started going around the truck. He then sped up to 80 and back down to 60 several times. He was on the phone distracted. Approximately 1 miles from Auburn, he moved to the 2 lane @80 miles per hour. And cut off a vehicle in front of me to exit onto the Hwy 49. He was definitely not paying attention to the other people on the freeway.
Suggested solution:
Discuss with driver that he is dangerous
