My complaint:
I would like to know why the vending machines in visitation are never working? I take medication that requires me to take with food, however the vending machine are either out of food or out of order. I have mad several complaint to the institution so now I am addressing it with Aramark. If this continues to be an ongoing issue I will seek legal advice.
Suggested solution:
Keep the vending machines stocked and in working order
