My complaint:
I visited your Douglasville, GA location for a take-out order. What I ordered was two chicken tender dinner platters – I’m assuming what I got was two chicken dinner plates. Although the order reflects that it was chicken platters, there was no slaw provided on either order, the number of tenders was so limited that I’m pretty certain it would not be served as platter and there was sauce as advertised. I don’t know if I will go back to this location or restaurant again, but if I do, believe me, I will open the bag and see what surprises you have for me.
Suggested solution:
Provide what your menu says - stop ripping off your customers by overcharging and not delivering
