My complaint:
On 31123 my two daughters, ages 15 their friend 17. Were at your establishment in Colonial Heights, Va at approximately 8:40PM upon entering they were greeted and seated by a female hostess. When seated for a few minutes the same female hostess and a male server with a notepad in hand approached them. The female hostess stated, “You are not going to like the bad news.” From what my daughters observed the male server was confused as to why she stated that. The hostess then stated, “The manager said you’re going to have to leave because you’re under the age of 17.” The male server then stated, “Oh yeah, because y’all are under the age of 17, y’all have to leave.” Then asked, “How old are y’all?” After they answered their age, He stated, “Yeah, y’all have to leave because y’all are underage.”
On 31223 at 11:00AM I spoke to the manager on duty and the general manager. After speaking to them two were also confused as to why they were refused service and asked to leave after they have been seated.
Suggested solution:
They offered me 2 25.00 gift cards. They compared the experience as if they had hair in their food, or their food was burnt.
