My complaint:
We waited over a half hour for our meal and it was cold. It obviously was sitting somewhere for some time. A group of people came in 10 minutes after we arrived and their meal was piping hot and they only waited about 15 minutes. We could tell the waitress didn’t like her job. We won’t be going back.
Suggested solution:
I’m only making this complaint to make the company aware. This is the second and last time we will be going to the Auburn Applebees.
