My complaint:
While eating dinner at Applebee’s Harbinson Blvd location we received bug bites down our legs and on our arms. This information was given to staff, I then called back for management. He then informed us that several people have been making complaints also. Due to staff knowing this information and still serving this area or seating people in that area.
I’m Requesting A Full Refund For Both Of Us. We had 2/$ 30 meals and 4/ Drinks From The Bar Area
Please be advised the waiter never gave us back a receipt and because of the Bug Bites we exit the restaurant.
Called back and spoke with Manager. He offered us appetizers to make up for the inconvenience, even after knowing they had bugs in the restaurant. So I feel it’s only fair to receive a Total Refund
