My complaint:
So, I loved Applebee’s for years, but last night was embarrassing. The waiter would hardly check on us or seem like she cared. When they brought the food (fiesta lime chicken) the meat was undercooked and the cheese was not even melted, and was cold. I asked her if she could just cook it for a few more in minutes and she just said I would If I could but there isn’t anything I can do, and just try to enjoy it. My wife did try to eat it, but it was inedible. There wasn’t any manager to my knowledge, but it was really upsetting to my wife. It is really sad, because I loved that place but both my wife and I are both sick now from the food.
It wouldn’t have been a big deal but the waiter wouldn’t even try to make it right, and just made nasty comments at us.
Suggested solution:
I wish they could have at least tried to help us. We were not being rude or hateful, but to outright ignore us an charge us full price. She was not able to even eat her food. We had to stop at McDonald's just to get her something
