ANZ Bank complaint: Told. Get my money back and was offered only less then half

My complaint:

Even though I accepted the money I only accepted as your bank anz has put me in financial hardship promising me protection on my account and promising me it won’t happen again and sorry and that I get my money back and this has been all lies and drama and not even all my money returned,really you should of done the correct thing and investigate it correctly as you have taken over 3,500 or more and given me only 2,330 back in total just after I had previous complaint there was total off almost over 1,800,2,200 in that week taken when again I was promised lies and things so how did you work out that $1,230 is goodwill as in total there is still
Over 1,880 I know this as my account was apparently protected and it wasn’t and it happened with same merchant so don’t you think correct thing to do would be to offer me all my money back minus the 2,330 if you see I am still down 2,000- or so more and this isn’t right after how long and how it’s been handled please don’t need to call me I think we wasted more time talking about the same thing then resolving it please just return my remaining stolen funds at least 1,880-2,500 Elizabeth
