My complaint:
I tried to modifycancel my ticket a few minutes after my train left when I couldn’t make it. My account wouldn’t let me at all and I tried speaking with customer service but they couldn’t help me at all. the $93 I spent on that ticket was for me to get back to my college in time for validation in order to get back into my dorm for the spring semester. Amtrak is refusing to give me the money back and now I have no other way of getting back to my college. That money was all I had left to get there and now I’m stuck at home with no money and I might have to cancel my spring classes.
Suggested solution:
I SERIOUSLY NEED MY $93 back. My semester starts in January
