My complaint:
Broeaded in San Diego , on to surfliner train to LA and between the route my luggage was LOst and I think that they should be reimbursed for the pain and suffering that I have experienced in this situation and because they was personal a d very important stuff in my luggage and I need then replaced because your company should be responsible for my luggage .
Suggested solution:
To be compensated for my stuff clothing and because right now I'm here at my familys and having to do with whatever they have for me because it not fair that I go without clothing due to you employers not be tell me what I needed to do for my luggage to be ok .
